Since our brazed aluminum honeycomb panels contains no adhesive, they can be proceeded with welding onsite with other components, which allowing faster and easier installation. Furthermore, our panels can be cut, drilled, fabricated with easy tools. This could further enhance the efficiency of installation.
With connection of aluminum skins and aluminum honeycomb core by molten of filler metals, our brazed aluminum honeycomb panels are more robust and weather resistant than traditional glue-bonding honeycomb panels. They are also with longer life circles – The connection can last more than 100 years without any failure compared to 20 years for glue-bonding panels.
